Ayurveda for Athletes Workshop
With all the ever-changing health fads, supplements, and advice out there, how do we find a balance between food, exercise, and self care that works for us as individuals? We'll discuss how to move with the seasons, the Ayurvedic perspective on protein, and how to fuel ourselves according to our unique constitutions. People who engage in any type of movement practice will benefit from this session. Includes a live cooking demo and healthy snacks.
